    Hi
I want to import an excel file, but when I import it, it redirects to the page with this link “wp-admin/admin-post.php” and show this error:
Page not found. The link you followed may be broken, or the page may have been removed.

    what should I do?

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

This sounds like a server error. Can you try again after saving the table to a CSV file in Excel and then import that CSV file?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,

ok, that’s unfortunate. The error that you are getting is a server error, most likely caused by a security extension (like “mod_security”) that is installed on the server. It seems that this does not like something in the request or in the file and then blocks the upload.

Unfortunately, I can only suggest to contact your webhost support team here, as they might be able to find an exact cause in the server error log file. Then, they should be able to adjust the server configuration so that the upload succeeds.

    Regards,
    Tobias
