It’s hard to say right now, as the plugin’s import is working correctly. We need to analyze the import process in more detail. Since this is an asynchronous process, there may be conflicts with other plugins or the site’s theme. In any case, you need to investigate the import process in more detail. Open the browser tools in F12 and check the Network tab for any errors. Provide us with a screenshot of the import process. Does the import work correctly on the test site?

Import worked beautifully on the test site, and adding more space to the server helped — but it’s still not importing everything. I had to get this done so I stopped importing.

However on the live site, when logged in, on the filter layout, the header size is wrong and the button doesn’t show: https://nycschoolsecrets.com/my-writing/ it shows as a text link. When I’m logged into wp-admin, it does show the way I’d programmed.

    it’s also on https://nycschoolsecrets.com/press/ and https://nycschoolsecrets.com/videos-and-podcasts/

ALSO: How do you change the color of the spinner?

    Hi!

To change the spinner color, go to the plugin settings section: Advanced – Preloader – Filter CSS for Preloader Icon, select the “Custom Filter” option, and then add a CSS filter in the Custom Filters CSS field that appears. For example, you can use a convenient service for generating filter color styles:

Now, regarding data import. You’re using the Structural Builder option to build the post card layout. You wrote: “On the production site, after authorization, in the filters section, the title size is displayed incorrectly, and the button is displayed as a text link.” When importing, all settings configured on the test site are transferred to the live site. Therefore, everything should display as previously configured for the layout. This issue requires more detailed clarification, as it’s not entirely clear what you’re talking about.
