Solved: Import auf subscribers not working

STC can only handle tab delimited files because the categories are separated with commas from each other.
Excel gives (amongst others) you the possibility to export the worksheet as an tab delimited txt file.

It was my mistake: I didn’t read the documentation correct. Used the wrong format to import. It need to be tab delimited and not “,” or “;” CSV.

Hi all,

I use the script within our Intranet and tried to import all my colleagues but it did not work:

– exported the current list of subscribers to got a good base to start
– prepared the new CSV list with the needed “columns” and seperate lines for the people
– have set the column for ID and DATE to “0” zero within the CSV
– have set the column of CATEGORIES to all categories for every user

On the import page within the plugin inside WordPress there are no option to select the catagories, there are just a button to select the CSV and the button to import.

After the import the page reloaded but nothing changed. Right under subscribers are only the ones from before but not all others.

Please help me. 🙂
