import and mailing

    Hi,
    i’ve made imports with “Import and export users and customers”. 23 consecutives shots with 250 user each time.
    some of them didn’t get their advertising mail.
    Does the plugin limit the number ?
    do you know somethin about mailing issues like this one?

    @larenzu13,

    No, there is no limits here.

    Surely you have to talk with your mail provider.

    Are you using an SMTP account to do the mailing?

    Indeed i am.
    some of my users didn’t receive their mail.
    It semms we ‘ve got some problems with our provider.
    Did you make a test with plenty of mail adresses? tengo que decirle a mi correspondiente.
