importing links from one site to another – link library

    Hi, I am rebuilding a site (local server) and keeping the page where I have links with link library. I have quite a few links to import from the old (existing). I can’t seem to find a solution to do an export/import. I saw a similar post where it is suggested to go “the first tab of the General Settings section” and find a button labeled Export All Links. I don’t have multiple tabs in my General Setting section. Am I missing something?
    I also tried the Tools>import>blogroll. I get: “XML Error: undefined entity at line 26. Inserted 0 links into category 237. All done! Go manage those links.” Not sure what this XML Error means.

    I am at loss! Any help would be so appreciated!
