Implementing HTTPS for WordPress

I have followed the steps provided in the article “Implementing HTTPS for WordPress” (https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/web-publishing/https-for-wordpress/#introduction-to%c2%a0https-for-wordpress) before installing SSL as required. Sadly, I am unable to access my site and I can’t install SSL either. How can I revert my wrong action to the original setting in the WordPress dashboard? (I mean back to http://mywebsite in my WordPress dashboard >>Settings>>General>>WordPress Address (URL) and >>Settings>>General>>Site Address (URL)?
