Implemented Shortcode to header > Popup appears offscreen?

    Hi,

    I hardcoded the code shortcode into the theme’s header so its now in the top right of the nav : 

    <?php echo do_shortcode('[open_accessibility]'); ?>

    However when you click on it, the popup appears in the top right, up and off the screen.
    Is there a setting to change this? Or can you instruct on how to have it ‘pop down’ when its at the top of the page?
