    I’m looking to set up my project management software to help me coordinate my WP implementations. Does anyone have a general guide to implementing WP for your clients? For example:

    1. Discovery
    a. task 1
    b. task 2

    2. Implementation
    a. hosting account
    b. install software
    c. apply theme

    3. Development
    a. install “x” plugin and configure
    b. modify theme to do “x”

    4. Quality Assurance

    etc…
