Theme costumization question

    Hello guys
    I need a little help immediatly

    I work on freelancing and have to clone this site ny now : ifixphones.com

    When I check the page source, the theme is twenty-thirteen
    I also downloaded and tested every plugin the site has, but I just can’t make that header and footer

    And if it’s a completely different theme, I would like to know the name or a simmilar theme

    If anyone can help me asap, I’d be very grateful !
