Hello,

I have been using the free version of Converter for Media for some time now, and I am very satisfied with it.

However, I have just noticed an issue. I currently have 427 images remaining to be converted to WebP. When I start the bulk optimization, I get the following message for each image: “Server configuration: Imagick module is not available with this PHP installation.”

The PHP version installed on my website is 8.5.9.

I also noticed that, in the Advanced Settings, the selected conversion method is Imagick, but the option is greyed out and the only available method is GD.

Should I switch the conversion method from Imagick to GD, or is there something else I should configure on my server?

Hi @kureman,

Thank you for your message.

In this case, you can choose either the GD or Remove server method. With the latter option, the images will also be converted to AVIF format.
