Images won't upload

    When I upload an image and click ‘update’ it takes me to a blank white page where nothing happens.

    Please help, I know nothing about WordPress

    What version of WordPress are you using?
    Here are a couple of things to try:
    -Clearing cache and browser history.
    -Upgrading all plugins.

    I got notice of update to 4.1.1 and now I can’t upload an image like first member. I click on “add media” but nothing happens. I can go to media page and see pics but they won’t load into post?
