Images wont Link

Hi there,
I’ve seen a few other people with the same question as me, but the feeds were unresolved. I can’t seem to link images to an external URL. I’ve tried in Chrome and Firefox with the same result – the image appears, but it’s not “clickable”

I want to image to link to the same page as the ‘click HERE’ text. The text link works no problem.

I’m new to HTML, but I just can’t see anything wrong with the code. I’ve tried doing it manually and through the Image Uploader in WP.
