Is there a specific error message?

Fist let me say, when I was trying to post it – it appeared not to post and wanted more info – sorry about the multiple posts – first time posting.
What I receive when I hit the icon to load an image is a box that says:
Are you sure you want to do this? Try again.
If I try again it repeats the same message – over and over. thanks for your help.
S’okay 🙂 Sometimes if your post doesn’t show up, it’s been caught (lord knows why) by the spam filter. Give it a bit, and someone will catch it and fix it.
What OS and Broswer? Can you screenshot this error? I’ve never see it but my first thought is that it’s a PC issue. Failing that, what plugins are you using and were you ever able to upload pictures before?

I am using a wordpress thesis theme (have another wordpress thesis theme site and uploads work fine). I have switched from google chrome to internet explorer to firefox and used a different computer and still have the same issue. I have about 20 plugins. Yes it did work fine at one time, then just started doing this. I dont know how to screen shot but could ask someone here.
If you put the mouse on the image icon and right click there is an option called inspect element – could there be a setting in there that could affect it??
I know, its baffles me – no one seems to have dealt with this before.
Do you get the image upload interface at all, or is it dying before that?

The box or interface that pops up as soon as you click on the image load icon only states ‘are you sure you want to do this, try again’. Everything else on or in the popup is blank. It doesnt show the normal select button as one should be seeing.

Okay. Did some research. Looks like this is generally a plugin issue.
Turn off ALL plugins and give it a shot?

Okay my friend you hit the nail on the head. I suppose the next thing you will tell me is to activate one at a time to find the culprit – right

WP-ContactForm was the culprit. Thanks again – you were a great help.
