Images too large after update

After update my page is showing overlarge photos in my product areas.
My theme is sportsgrunge. I took no update to that. Any insight? Looking at the themes that wordpress has it appears they will not support a cart like Jigoshop, am I correct with that assumption? The issue seemed to happen just today. Thanks.
