Images posted, but not uploading?

Recently I have been having problems with my blog not posting the pictures that I was trying to upload. In my own troubleshooting I figured out that there was a long string where the link to the image should be, I thought that was the problem.

Today in trying again to figure it out the images are now showing up in the post, which I don’t care why or how, but that is great!

The thing that is troubling me at this moment is that the images are still not being uploaded, and this long string is still there (at least the image is showing up). I would be less conserned if the imaged were showing up in the directories that they should be, but they simply are not and it is kind of odd.
