Images no longer loading on mobile

It seems that the update 3.6.6 of the free version of hueman has broken certain images from appearing on mobile and even sometimes from a computer.

I have cleared my cache and done everything to troubleshoot the problem but I am wondering if it isn’t a theme problem at the moment.

In fact, the Hueman website itself appears to have this problem. When I look at https://presscustomizr.com/performance-improvements-in-hueman-free-and-pro/ there are no images at all and copying the image address where an image should be returns this: “data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7” Instead of an expected link.
