Images look like negatives

Hi,

I have uploaded images to my wordpress site and viewed it on Desktop: Safari, Chrome, Firefox with no issues.
The images have embedded srgb colour profile.

On a mobile devices images are fine on Safari and Chrome but look like negatives on Firefox. Indeed all colour on the site are negative or opposite to what they should be.

I have another web site https://www.squint.com.au/
With images uploaded in the same way and it has no issues on Firefox Mobile
