Images look extremely smaller

Hello.

I’m using Black Studio TinyMCE in all my websites.

Thanks for the nice plug-in 🙂

Recently I found that the images in the widget don’t appear properly in IE.

All the images look extremely smaller.

Can you check this URL both in IE and Chrome?

In the bottom of this site, there is mid-footer space called ‘Maum Networks’.

It’s a kind of banner sets and I used Black Studio TinyMCE for this.

In IE, all the images look very tiny.

I could see this problem in my a few more sites equally.

How can I solve this problem?

Please help me.

Hi there,
this is not a problem related to our plugin but it depends on a CSS bug on older versions of IE, that do not apply correctly some CSS rules provided by your theme. If you use IE v. 9 or later (not in compatibility mode) it should be fine. The issue is caused by the max-width: 98%; attribute applied to the img tag, declared in the default.css of your theme.
There are different approach to fix this issue. I would recommend to insert an additional CSS rules which only targets older IE and applies a max-width: none; to the img tag.
You may use Awebsome! Browser Selector plugin to add a dynamic browser related class.

I resolved the problem changing ‘max-width: 98%;’ to ‘max-width: none;’ as you guided.

I didn’t make seperate css for IE, but I think there is no problem in Chrome.

The max-width: xx%; is often used in responsive themes to prevent images to be wider than the browser viewport on mobile devices. Since your theme is not responsive you don’t really need it and it’s ok to use max-width: none;
