Images 'jump' before loading

I love this plugin, one small problem I have is that the images jump before they load.

For exmaple, if an image sits next to text in a div then the div is expanded and then once the images has loaded it goes to its correct size.

I have tried using a custom placeholder image but the problem persists.

When I disable javascript the images don’t appear and the expanded divs I mentioned above show and they don’t resize to their correct height.

It’s almost like the images shifts down before it loads and then once loaded it moves into it’s correct place.

Any ideas how to fix this?
