Images in categories not shown

before the last update I have this issue (not showing the category images) only for the admin (or probably for logged in users) and other users were able to see the shop completely with images, like this:

and this was what I was able to see:

and now after the update for all of the users you can see it yourself:

or this link (or all of categories):

you can’t see any images. In the single product pages images are shown but there is another problem that the structure of the page has some conflicts like the description is missed and every thing is shown together (you can see it yourself).
In the “checkout” page coupons not working and the header of the site is vanished.
And maybe some other problems that I steel don’t know but great thanks for any helps through this mind blowing problems.Note: I’m using persian woocommerce and w3 total cache. I disabled W3 and nothing changed.
