Hi @spinach
Greetings from CookieYes!
Please remove the manually added CookieYes script from your site.
I deactivated the CookieYes script from both of my sites. Its working fine on the staging site, but not entirely on the live site.
I must tell you also that i followed the instructions of the method 1 from your page : https://www.cookieyes.com/documentation/google-consent-mode-v2-integration-with-cookieyes-wordpress-plugin/ and rechecked it many times.
Hi @spinach
To debug the issue on your live site, we need its URL.
The main website is https://biocarehellas.gr/ but i can’t keep the settings because its a woocommerce site and clients will not be able to purchase.
Hi @spinach
You should remove the CookieYes CMP tag from GTM while using the plugin.
I paused the CookieYes CMP tag in the tag manager and reactivated the cookieyes plugin but the same thing happened. I deactivated the plugin and the images are back. Some kind of conflict is happening i think.
Hi @spinach
Please replicate the same settings on your live site to the staging so we can sort out this issue for you seamlessly.
Currently, we can see the CookieYes CMP tag active on your staging site.
Also, ensure that the cookie list is the same for both of the sites.
The CMP tag is only for the live site and its paused. The cookies are the same on both of the sites. If you check the English version of the site you will see that everything is working ok: Biocare Hellas – Food supplements . The problem happens on the default language which is in Greek: BioCare® Hellas – Συμπληρώματα διατροφής (biocarehellas.gr)
Hi @spinach
We could still see the CookieYes CMP tag active on this site: https://staging2.biocarehellas.gr/
Maybe you didn’t publish the changes in GTM or due to any caching on your site.
Could you please look the live site? I just made all proper settings as the manual and as you said. https://biocarehellas.gr/

Hi @spinach
CookieYes CMP tag is active on the live site also. Please publish the changes in your GTM account after removing or pausing this tag.
Hi @spinach
Your settings are right but it’s not getting reflected on your site. As we have already mentioned, it might be due to some caching in your site or the changes are not published correctly on your GTM account.
Please ensure the below before reverting to us:
- You are checking the settings on the right GTM container installed on your live site.
- Publish the changes in GTM.
- Clear the server-side cache on your site.
