I have seen the link, but if I upload an image with 720X340px, then for the featured image, its cropping left and right side content, Are there any option Huemen theme can auto crop or adjust the size to accommodate whole image content?

Hueman theme is design to crop image, so that it fits properly in it’s grid layout.
If you want auto re-size you will have to edit the add_image_size function use in the theme as well as design layouts.

Sorry, but I can only assist in using available options, I do not provide customization assistance.
I would suggest using a desktop application to crop your image to the sizes use in the theme before uploading to use on your website.
