Sorry, maybe it is a basic problem, but I don’t find the solution.

I have used ‘Fantastico’ to create a WP weblog, everything works excepts the images…

I can not see images like screenshots or buttons while I am at the admin panels; and using a new -or default- template the problem is similar… everything seems to be ok except the images, they are not there.

    Any suggestion?

Sorry, I should add more data… I am using the 2.0.4 version.

And what I mean, is for example: at the themes -admin- panel, I can not see the screeshots, neither the images for WordPress or ‘Browse Happy’logos.

The admin panel is full of white holes and red Xs (including the write post panel…).

The design is ok… but the images are not displayed.

    Ideas? I am lost.

    Thank!!!

Check the permissions of the images folders in both “wp-admin/” and your theme. They must be at least readable. Depending on your host, you may have to set the images folders to 755 or 744 or 644 for WP to access them.

Also check your server error log, if possible, for errors concerning WP trying to get those images.

Ok… It was installed in a subdomain ‘weblog.xanfarin.com’. I have re-install WP in a new subdirectory… and it works.

I have try this because I was becoming crazy.

    Thanks!!!
