I think your problem is related to your theme which is a premium theme.
If you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
Thank you for your input Ahmad. I will check with theme vendor.
I have this problem also. http://myrevolutionallife.com Using Jolene (apparently an abandoned theme as no responses to questions for several months). I also tried uploading a different theme (Biker) but ran into the exact same problem, so didn’t go beyond previewing it.
It was suggested that Jetpack may be the problem, but I have deleted it altogether to no avail. I saw the thread about the incorrect .js (?) string – a[href*=#]- but the string locator plugin says it is not in my wp directory. (Of course, it also says the corrected version – a[href*=#””] – isn’t there either.)
Anyone got an answer to this problem? I have stopped posting because of it. Need a solution!
