    Had this error when uploading.

    OpenAI/tool-execution safety block
    Raw error: This tool call was blocked by OpenAI’s safety checks. Please double check what you are sending.

    Is there any way to reassure chat gpt that all is well? Or any instruction to give ai to try and avoid this?

    1. What exact workflow or prompt were you running when the upload failed?
    2. Which MCP client and tool (e.g., ChatGPT custom connector, specific media library tool) were being invoked?
    3. What type and size of image were you uploading (or attempting to generate/process)?
    4. Are you experiencing this consistently with all images or only specific ones?
