Image Uploader No Longer Working.

As of last night, the image uploader no longer works. When I click “Select Files” or “browser uploader”, nothing happens. The usual file browse window is not popping up. I have thoroughly cleaned up the cache, temp, and cookie files. I have tried it on all browsers, ( firefox, chrome, IE) and still get the same result. I am now sitting at work, on my work computer trying it, and still the same result. I have tried reinstalling WordPress hoping this would fix it, and it did not. However, the feature image uploader option at the bottom of the new post does work. Please help! This is definatly a work stoppage for me.
