image upload section now replaced with oops! error

hey all,

so the upgrade went well from 2.0x to 2.1 (you can post, edit and view the site). The only issue is that the image upload section is now replaced with a oops!

now the permissions have been set correctly, but I’m stumped as to why the whole function is missing, or has the upgrade gone wrong?
