    Since a while I can’t upload the images anymore. The place on the ftp server can’t be created… I really don’t know why. It’s urgent! 🙁 Thanks for your help!

    So this is the key: “Das Uploads-Verzeichnis: Nicht schreibbar”

    You need to make that directory (wp-content/uploads) writable. The permissions on the directory and all sub-directories should be 775. Also, the ownership should be the same as the ownership of wp-content itself.

    Your host is wrong. The directory in question is not writable. That needs to be fixed.
