Hi everyone,
I’m having a problem with variation swatches on Woocommerce product pages. I’m using image swatches to display the colors, I uploaded the images for each variation but a few of the pruduct pages text appears instead of the colors (e.g. I uploaded an image for black but the text “Black” appears instead of the image). Other product pages do not have this problem? What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,

When you say “variation swatches on Woocommerce product pages.” – do you mean: https://woocommerce.com/products/variation-swatches-and-photos/ ?

Or are you referring to the standard variation image: https://d.pr/i/o2jQF7 ?

Gotcha.

(e.g. I uploaded an image for black but the text “Black” appears instead of the image).

That sounds like the standard behaviour.
For example, settings like this: https://d.pr/i/RybZ9L
Will have this result: https://d.pr/i/8lESpx

Other product pages do not have this problem?

Could you send a product URL of:

1 working product and
1 product that is missing the image so we can take a closer look.

I’m not sure I can link the page here, but the colors on the working product pages look like this: https://woocommerce.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/Screen-Shot-2012-06-13-at-18.44.18.png
and product pages that are missing the images have text such as Red Yellow Green and Blue instead of the images.
