    Hello @albertoarias,

    Good Morning!

We apologize for the delay in our response and for the inconvenience caused. We have identified that the issue may be related to the lazy load feature for images on your website.

We have tested it on our end using the WP Rocket plugin’s, Lazy Load – Optimize Images feature, and we were able to replicate the issue. If you are using the same plugin, you can try disabling the lazy load feature or contact the WP Rocket team for assistance in excluding the affected images from lazy loading.

At the moment, this is the best solution we can suggest. However, we will await your further response and provide any additional assistance if needed.

    Thank You

Hello Fauzan, thank you for your answer. Indeed, the problem in displaying the images was due to WP Rocket, but what happens to me on the main page is that when browsing from mobile devices, small jumps occur when I scroll down. I have recorded a video reproducing the commented problem of small jumps up so that you can check it with more certainty. I have temporarily disabled WP Rocket but this effect is still happening. All the best.

    Hello @albertoarias,

We apologize for the delay in responding. By small jumps, do you mean the element transition from right to left when scrolling?

If that’s what you mean, we believe is the option Entrance Animation set for the element in the Elementor editor. It should also occur on the desktop (we hope you can confirm this). You can set this option to “none” for the mobile mode. Please see the following video for clarity.

    We hope this helps.

Hello fauzan, I am not referring to the effect from right to left when scrolling. I mean small jumps that occur from bottom to top when scrolling on a mobile device. All the best

    Hello @albertoarias,

    I apologize for the misunderstanding.

We have observed the jumps you mentioned while scrolling. After further investigation, we believe that these jumps are caused by the Entrance Animation feature. We attempted to confirm this by using CSS overflow: hidden, and it seems that the jumps are no longer present.

To resolve this issue, you can try changing the Overflow option to Hidden for each section, as shown in the image below.

    We hope this solution works.

    Thank You
