I have tried several themes including Divi (that just resizes the images to a very large size?)
Currently using Whoostify.
I can find no way to show the whole bottles in the shop page without them being cropped, how is this possible?
Hi there,
When it comes to positioning and resizing product images, I’d recommend editing your images before uploading to your site. Your image content also needs to be in the middle to make sure it doesn’t get cropped.

Hello there and thanks for your answer,
I have gone over the support page you sent but I still can not see why the the images in the shop page are cropped in the shop page,
I have uploaded again the image at 120×450 and tried different ratios on the miniature to no avail…
Even when I down size the bottle image it stays cropped…
After version 3.3 there is no place to set the sizes (apart from the select product image on the right of the add product page.
I have also tried the woo commerce theme Storefront..
I have been using wordpress for years and the images are always resized automatically so I am at a loss here.
Is it simply the format (bottle) of the image?

Hi Philip,
How about editing the image with the suggested dimensions 800 x 800px. I’d recommend placing the bottle in the center of the image so it doesn’t get cropped.

Hi Thanks for your quick response
I edited the first bottle (Black Vintage) in Gimp with canvas size 800×800 and bottle in center

Ok I tried that allready but it did nothins
BUT i just modified the canvas size to 800×1000 and that seems to work…

OK I added 4 bottles now that works for me
So the original image has to be 800px high and then it needs other 100px top and bottom so as not to be cropped, beats me?
Is there any way to have at least 4 in a line
