Thank you for your kind information, what types of customization you are talking about, I don’t know. Because I am using the same plugin here http://vacaturelink.com/simple-job-board/ , there is no problem with that. And I did not do any customization here.
Please make me clear about your customization, And please tell me, if it’s an issue about coding and If it’s a matter of coding, please help me with that. This is an urgent task for me.

First of all we would like to tell you that issue is not occurring because of SJB plugin.
Second thing, We have gone through your both provided links. Actually it seems that your first site’s theme is mobile first template. In IE case, it loads smallest image size first and rest of them after that. As you can see in snapshot link

Second site’s theme is not mobile first template. So, it’s image loading way is bigger to smaller that’s why its fine in every browser.

So, we recommend you to remove all setsrc from first link image and keep this image size as default or first image
