Image Resize Detection

In the Tools tab of Smush, I enabled the “Image Resize Detection” feature, and then clicked on the link to “View the frontend.” The yellow “i” shows up on the top right. But when I click on it, nothing happens. The cursor turns into a hand, but nothing opens up. I tried clearing my cache on my site, as well as clearing my browser cache, but it still does not work. Any ideas?
