Image plugin with detailed description

Hi.. I’m looking for a plugin that’s gonna allow me simple upload of images with a description of each image.. If there can be 2-3 descriptions that’s gonna be great, otherwise there’s gonna be need of a rich text editor for the description, cause I need something like a title, subtitle, a few describing paragraphs and an author for each image.

No need for galleries and such so the simply-est plugin that can do that will be perfect
