Image padding options now missing

After I updated some plugins a few days ago I just noticed my image padding options are gone. I’m unsure if this option on the visual editor was from a plugin or inherent in WP itself. I had the option when editing an image to add padding on any side of it I wished.

Any input would be so appreciated!
