Image not Appearing in dFlip

First I just wanted to say I’m enjoying the plug-in immensely so far and really appreciate the work you guys are putting into it.

I’m having trouble getting the image on the second page of my PDF to show up: http://x2h.407.myftpupload.com/prefabricated-housing-research-paper/

This is a problem I was able to replicate across browsers and in Incognito.

The image appears fine in its webpage version: http://x2h.407.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/Prefabricating-Supportive-Communities-for-Homeless.pdf, so I could use some help figuring out how to go about troubleshooting it from here.

Hi Deip,

I’m experiencing the same issue, and have tried on both Chrome and Edge browsers. When the PDF is downloaded, all images appear as they should.

Do you have a date for the patch to fix this issue?

We have released a version, 1.7.4.1, that has a fix for missing images, Can you please check if it solves your issue. We had checked with @harrisonf PDF and it’s working. Not sure if the issue is the same with @hwcb118

It’s difficult to say without looking at the PDF. Can you share the link to your PDF or the page where you have added the flipbook?

I’m using version 1.7.6.3 and one page doesn’t show the images.
What can I do to fix it?
