Sorry for the long time to respond. I am travelling for work this week. I just ran a quick test and was able to import a link with an assigned image without any problems. Did you specify an image address as a complete URL, beginning with http:// or https://?
Can you perhaps share your import template with me so I can see the data you were trying to load and test it on my side? My e-mail is ylefebvre at gmail.

Hmm… I am unable to reproduce your issue. I just imported the file you sent me as is and here is what one of the links that I imported looks like:

So the image URL was properly loaded and it is displayed correctly when I edit the link in the admin.
Once thing I noticed looking at your file is that you don’t have quotes around your text fields. On some web servers, that can cause problems. I will send you back a version of the file with quotes around fields. Please try to import this file instead and see if the images come through properly.
