Image links not working

    I purchased a theme from Elegant Themes called TheCorporation. My URL is http://obsurvus.com My hosting is from BlueHost. I created the WP site in a subdomain (development.obsurvus.com) and BlueHost assisted me in moving it to my primary domain this morning. Everything works perfectly except the thumbnails on the home page and the featured images on the homepage slider. I’ve reset all permalinks, I’ve changed to different themes, I deleted the existing theme and re-downloaded and re-installed, I’ve deactivated all plug-ins…nothing has worked. Any ideas?

    Hi tacostrat,

    Elegant Themes does not use the standard WordPress API for post thumbnails. They have their own method which is very problematic in some cases. I believe they create a folder somewhere called et_thumbs or et_cache or something.

    We do provide support for commercial themes on these forums so you will need to contact your vendor, Elegant Themes, for support.

    Thanks Chris. I’ve already done that, but under a crushing deadline and have not gotten a working response yet. I thought it was worth a shot, though…
