Image in Menu not working

See menu here – https://vintagebanquetsandcatering.com/ – there should be an image (https://vintagebanquetsandcatering.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/nav-strip.png) at both the top and the bottom (above Home and below Contact Us) and it is not working and we haven’t changed anything.

Please advise.
