Image Import

I have a plugin supplied by one of my wholesale companies to import their products including images. Everything works fine except I do not get all of the pictures that I should for each product. I am only able to bring in the main picture.

I am trying to figure out if this is a limitation of the theme, a WooCommerce setting or a problem on the Wholesaler’s end (including the plugin).

If anyone is able to shed some light on this, I would appreciate it.
