1. Through which area you are uploading media ?

2. Have you selected the post format for each portfolio item ?

We recommends you to use the help feature we have already added to our plugin which can be found at the top right corner of the portfolio dashboard.

Have a look at these above and let us know any further support needed.

Unfortunately we haven’t included “audio file” as portfolio item. We are working on it to find a right player so that audio files can also be included. Suggestions are welcome.

About images that aren’t displayed in the link you provided, we still do not understand why it is happening on your end. The only thing you should do is to select the kind of file (option button) you upload from the format option under “publish/update” button in the right hand side and then select the file through the Post Format option under content area. For eg: if you want to display images portfolio, select “image” from “Format” option in RHS, and then click on “image” button under “Post Format” area under content area. Upload the image there in the option. Once uploaded, publish or update the post. Please note that we aren’t using “featured image” option here. Once done, add the shortcode [rio-portfolio] in the page you want it to be displayed.
