Image header

I have ftp’d a new image called header.png to the folder:
/public_html/drcharlieg.com/wp-content/themes/allure_20/images

I thought that was all I needed to do to see a custom header appear. Not sure what to do next. I’d appreciate anyone who could help! Thanks!
