Image gallery not working

I am not able to create an image gallery in the posts.

I dont see an option of image gallery in the upload/insert tab itself.

When I upload/insert images, generally after 2 images it shows Gallery tab in the lightbox. But here it doesnt.

I checked with the Woothemes. Its not a theme problem because I switched to Twentyten and the problem is still there.

I tried disabling all the plugins and then checking. But doesnt work.
