• I upgraded from WP 2.1 to 2.3. The upgrade was successful. I can successfully upload photos to WP and insert them as thumbnails linked to the full size image into the entry. The thumbnail turns into a small dot when I use the Edit Image (Alt+M) button on the Visual editor. Using the Code editor, the following tags have been added to the image that weren’t added in WP 2.1:

    border=”0″
    width=”1″
    height=”1″

    Does anyone know where these tags are set as default values in WP 2.3 or how to turn them off?
    A am using the Askimet 2.0.2 and WP-Sticky 1.00 plugins in both WP 2.1 and 2.3. I am using IE7 and have not modified WP theme or code from the default installation.
    Thanks,

    Rob

    I upgraded from WP 2.1 to 2.3 by using FTP to overwrite the old installation and then running the update.php script.
    The image editor also seems to be inserting the thumbnail’s large, linked-to image file between the thumbnail image link and the text describing the image.
    Thanks,

    Rob
