I wanted to crop an image (cut some of the top off) with the default WP crop function, but the image doesn’t show up. When disabling Imagify, the crop function works fine.

    Steps i follow:

    1. Opening media lib
    2. Edit image option
    3. Clicked on the button [edit image]
    4. Large image is not showing, crop function disabled

    Wp version: 6.2
    Imagify-version: 2.1.1
    Server supports: Imagick

    Hi @levilevilevi

I am sorry to hear about the issue!

However, can you please let me know if the image you are trying to crop is optimized? If so, can you restore it to its original version(through Media Library(List View)) and then try to crop it, is it working in this case?

    Best Regards,

    Ioanna

    Thanks for the reply Loanna,

Unfortunately its in both cases the same. Optimized images are not showing up, and non optimized images.

    Hi @levilevilevi

Thank you for the update. That is strange as testing from our end I am not able to reproduce an issue.

Also, if you try to disable the display WebP option through Settings > Imagify and clear your caches is the issue fixed?

If not is it possible to contact us through our support system so we can take a closer look?

    Best Regards,

    Ioanna
