Image Carousel Loading Slow

Hi-We’re using the U-Designed Child Theme on http://www.stratustnet.com and having trouble with the loading of our image carousel on this page http://stratusnet.com/services-offered/.

Some people, PC-only, no Mac users, are seeing 1-2-3-4-5-6 before the map image carousel loads, many of us are not seeing it at all.

Any fixes/suggestions out there you smart folks can recommend? Thanks in advance.
