Image attribute for variations

    Hi

    All of a sudden none of my t-shrts can be revised because of the following errors

    eBay returned the following error(s):
    Error: Variation specifics cannot be changed (21916603)
    Variation specifics cannot be changed in restricted revise
    Error: Invalid variation specific name for pictures. (21916638)
    Variation specific name “T Shirt Colour” used for pictures does not exist in variation specific set.

    I dont know what the first error means but the second one is right. I went to check in my profile for the attribute used for the variation images and it was set to “Default”.

    Which is odd as it was set for “T shirt Colours”, but now I have noticed that the “T shirt Colours” attribute is not there? and all my t-shirts in ebay use this variation name. This is odd as until I updated woocommerce the other day everything worked fine

    How do I get this variation name back as an attribute in my profile? So I can use it for the variation images assigned to my profile??

    Any ideas as I am very confused as to why all my t-shirt listings cannot be updated

    I have refreshed the ebay details in settings but it still isnt visible

    I am sorry to hear about the troubles you are having. But to best assist you I would recommend you submit a ticket here: Support Form – provide all necessary options like WP version, WC version, plugin you are using, etc. along with your dashboard URL, admin login credentials, sample product to examine, and provide a link to this forum thread. I will then have a further look into this for you and discuss with a developer if necessary.
