Image attachment info not updating. Bug?

I uploaded an image which was attached an image to a particular “Page”. Later I removed that image from that page and put it on another page. Yet when I go to Media Library, next to the image it still says “uploaded to” (and the old page name).

Images have their own “post” page in wordpress for some weird reason. So I have enabled in yoast the function of redirecting image post to the page it was attached to. This means when you click to view the image post page, you are also erroneously redirected to the page it was first uploaded to. But its no longer there.

Please advise why WP is not updating the location of the image file. I am using Visual Composer.
