Image assigning incorrectly

Hi

When new clients create their profile and enter all images correctly and i publish it, there is a new issue where the images don’t seem to be assigning correctly so don’t show like here https://www.commissionit.co.uk/product/welsh-springer-spaniel-needle-felt-portrait/

If you right click on an image its hot showing the correct path?

Also is it possible to pay for support on your basic product to get faster better support? im sure lots of clients would pay for that!
