I'm looking for a special support plugin

Hi guys,

I sell products that use in house serial numbering. So my partner was thinking it would be great to integrate a system into our site that allowed us to give specialized support based on each serial number. And in the event of warranty or out of warranty work, they could pay for work, a new warranty, or track their warranty work.

Anything come to mind?
